Public Title 42
The Title 42 process allows ownership to be obtained when property is:
Abandoned on private property, OR
Subject to a mechanic’s lien due to unpaid services with a signed work order.
This process follows Oklahoma laws effective January 1, 2023.
Processing Time:
Approximately 10–12 weeks (about 3 months) from receipt of complete paperwork.
Service Includes:
Preparation of all Service Oklahoma forms
Filing required notices
Lien holder notification (10-day response period)
Documentation compliance and submission
You are not required to sell the vehicle after completion.
The goal is legal ownership.

Attempts to obtain lien releases may incur additional charges.
Fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Approval is determined solely by Service Oklahoma or the Court.
